School grounds can offer a rich and varied landscape for wildlife and there are many ways to improve it and to encourage wild flowers and animals.
Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) offer a teacher's pack on how to improve your school grounds for wildlife.
The RSPB also have Sustainability and Natural Environment learning resources available.

The RSPB host school visits at the Nature Discovery Centre in Thatcham.
Dinton Pastures Country Park, Hurst, has facilities and resources for various workshops and school groups.
The Look Out Discovery Centre in Bracknell hosts a range of school activities.
